Denmark among the most innovative countries in the world

The EU-Commission place Denmark as the fifth most innovative country among the worlds leading countries: Sweden, Finland, Germany, Israel, Japan and Switzerland. This is the conclusion in the newly published report: "European Innovation Scoreboard 2007".

The Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation

”As Denmark is appointed one of the most innovative countries in the world, it is first and foremost due to the maturing collaboration between universities and corporations. This collaboration is vital when trying to transform new knowledge and technology into growth and new companies.”, says Helge Sander, Minister for Science, Technology and Innovation.
