The Team
The 13 professional staff and 11 support staff have many KT skills and experiences including:
- Establishing knowledge transfer offices
- Different structures for a TO and how to manage them
- How to manage a large number of business opportunities
- Protection and commercialisation of university IP
- Working with global companies as well as regional SMEs
- Working with the Investment Community (seed funds, VCs, business angels)
- Co-operating and working with the national government, regional development agencies and local universities
