ProTon Europe is committed to user privacy. As a not for profit organisation registered in Belgium, we respect the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 regarding the protection of personal data and the European legislation on the subject therefore you have the right to access your personal data and if necessary to rectify them.

As a general member of the public, you can register to receive our electronic newsletter and unsubscribe when you want. If you want to modify or check your personal data (e.g. e-mail address) please send an e-mail to news@protoneurope.org. You have the possibility to unsubscribe to our newsletter in every issue you receive from us.

As a member of ProTon Europe, your details are published on the association's website. You can access them to check their accuracy and modify them directly thanks to the username and password which has been attributed to you. If you have lost your username and password, you can request a copy by sending an e-mail to secretariat@protoneurope.org.
