- We keep in our Members database the details of all Member organizations and professional details of the main contact people in each of them. Those information are available to everyone on the ProTon Europe website. We also keep information for internal purpose about participation to ProTon Europe events. Non-members can subscribe to our newsletter and therefore we keep in our database e-mail addresses of subscribers for dissemination of this service. The information will not be re-used for an incompatible purpose;
- ProTon Europe will only disclose information to third parties if that is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose(s) identified above and to the mentioned (categories of) recipients. ProTon Europe will not divulge your personal data for direct marketing purposes;
