Survey of CRM systems

Proton members are invited to participate in a survey of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system practices in Higher Education and other knowledge based organisations. 

This invitation is an extension of a study currently running in the UK, funded by JISC (the UK’s national HE ICT infrastructure and services agency), and will provide an opportunity to develop an analysis and comparison of CRM practices in these organisations across the EU. 

Members participating in the survey will receive a copy of the analysis and report. 

To participate in the survey go to www.theksapartnership.co.uk/surveys/JISC and provide the username CRMEU. 

The deadline for completing the survey is 3 August.
